WBA -vs- Hull

WBA kept most of its players during the summer brake and managed some good transfers like Charlton Chris Perry and Celtic's veteran John Hartson. New Hull boss Phil Parkinson could hand debuts to four summer signings. Sam Ricketts has arrived from Swansea and should slot in at right-back after shaking off a foot injury and fellow defender Michael Turner is also in line to feature after moving from Brentford.Midfielders Dean Marney and David Livermore could be thrust straight into midfield following their moves from Tottenham and Leeds respectively. However, Parkinson has a doubt over former England striker Nick Barmby (hamstring) and long-term injury victims Ian Ashbee, Danny Coles and Steve McPhee remain sidelined.
